Agreement

By using the KakuroZen website, app, or purchasing our books, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products. KakuroZen is operated by Anvil Road LLC.

Use of our products

You may use KakuroZen products for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:

  • Solve puzzles in the app and on the website
  • Print free puzzles for personal use
  • Share links to our website and blog posts
  • Use our books as purchased

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell our puzzles or content
  • Use our content to create competing products
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the app
  • Use automated tools to scrape our website or app

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. The app works without one. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account if your credentials are compromised.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple or Google. Book purchases are processed through Amazon. We do not handle payment information directly. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform (Apple, Google, or Amazon).

Intellectual property

All puzzles, content, designs, and software on KakuroZen are owned by Anvil Road LLC. The Kakuro puzzle format itself is in the public domain. Our specific puzzle layouts, solutions, app design, and written content are protected by copyright.

Disclaimer

KakuroZen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make sure puzzles have exactly one correct solution, but we do not guarantee perfection. If you find an error in a puzzle, let us know and we will fix it.

Limitation of liability

Anvil Road LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our products after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
